    California’s real estate market is still in free fall, the state government is facing another $25-30 BILLION shortfall, they have just passed a statewide version of cap-and-trade to bankrupt small business, Jerry Brown and his horde of socialist democrats plan to further expand the size of state government, etc. It would take a fool to set up a business in California.
