One of my latest song and video productions already for 2012. Very freely arranged and produced after the text and melody of “So bist Du!” that once was sung by rock & pop singer Peter Maffay here with us in good old Germany. Only that his former German love ballad now has become just a song for world peace in the English language. Hope you somehow just will like this, Peter!
Diaspora Scholars on Media Policy and Culture in Iran
This is a short documentary that focuses on Iranian scholars who study media in Iran, who have exhibited their love for Iran and its rich and diverse culture, and who write in the shadow of their own experience of the Revolution. Created as a video summary of a workshop held at the Annenberg School at the University of Pennsylvania in January 2009, it seeks to understand the motivations and feelings of scholars who work in this field, to understand vast changes in Iran through their eyes and their personal histories.
