If Democracy fails to click on USA, how can one expect it to work on other nations of the world?

For at least 12 years we’ve been hearing Americans complaining about the way in which their Presidents got elected. Election frauds, irregularities, stupid voters, false promises etc. and what not.

In so many ways, the USA is the no. 1 nation of the world, and many people look at it as having the best democracy in the world.

Yet that democracy has failed to produce results satisfying to a clear majority of the US population for at least 3 consecutive times.

What’s up? Is democracy really the best and most compatible form of government for the present world?
